From the very beginning we start to work on your financial stability and get to work with an introduction to all of our team. This will ensure you are not left hanging and wondering what is happening, whilst we work hard on setting up your work systems.
Getting off to a good start
First Few Weeks
We'll be working in the background to complete our mandatory checks - ID, anti-money laundering - and risk assessments. We'll also be setting up and scheduling your agreed work tasks into our systems.
You'll have weekly onboarding meetings with our team to help us get to know one another. These will incorporate some training where necessary, so that you quickly become familiar with the new systems.
Financial Planning
You'll be invited to book a meeting with Tom Lanigan, our affiliate partner at Cheetham Jackson. He will advise you on insurance and tax efficient benefits - health insurance, wealth building, pensions, future planning - that your company can pay for as business expenses.
Then you can begin planning ahead to make the best use of the profit generated by your business. This will help you to achieve your lifestyle aspirations.
Business Financial Coach
& Profit First
You'll be invited to book a Zoom meeting with Rebecca Brown, our Business Financial Coach & Profit First Professional, to discuss where your business is now, where you want it to be, and how we will help you get there.
Rebecca will also discuss your personal lifestyle goals to incorporate those into your profit plan, keeping you held accountable, ensuring your goals are reached. She'll coach and educate you to ensure you understand which numbers are vital to monitor for the success of your business.
With Rebecca's help you'll integrate a cash management system to enable clarity and confidence for payments and decision making.

Swoop Funding - Business Grant Search
As part of our onboarding service we offer a grant search. This is a check to see if your business qualifies for any local or national grants. Who doesn’t like free money?
We can also provide funding and financing search services, should you require it.
Introduction to your designated accounts team
We set up a communications hub via WhatsApp Business. Here your new finance team will be contactable for our Quick Query service. Your Accountant, Bookkeeper, Client Services and Business Financial Coach will all be on hand to answer any questions.
This is free of charge for all our clients.
Once the onboarding process is complete we will begin the accounting services and the frequency that you have chosen for your business. You will then be on your Profit Path.
Client Portal
You'll have a secure Client Portal for sensitive documents and financial statements. Our Client Portal is linked directly to our CRM - teamwork scheduling software.

Xero
We work on Xero, the world-leading cloud based accounts software. Both app and desktop versions are available. Training will be arranged where necessary.
Paperless
We work heavily with secure cloud technology and we are committed to being a paperless practice wherever possible.
We are fully remote online workers. We do not have a physical office space and we do not offer “onsite” services.

We work with both sole traders and limited companies. Our pricing is dependent on the stage of your business journey and level of service required:
